Looking to upgrade the MI424WR with a faster router. Currently 100/100 FIOS only and no TV/phone. I have coax run to the spot where the router will reside. Can anyone recommend a solid router that will keep pace if I upscale to 1 gig down the road and has both built-in MOCA and parental control software? Any recommended Netgear products?
thanks in advance

The only ones with built in MoCA with be Verizon routers. The Quantum Gateway G1100 and the new FiOS Home Router. Since you have no TV, you can get any router. Coax however, will not work above 100/100. You will need to run ethernet run from the ONT for speed of 150 mbps and above. You could also get Netgear Orbi or one if the Nighthawk but will also need ethernet whatever the speed is.
