I have constabtly been sent reconditioned set top boxes that last a few months and then break. Verizon have given me only one option upgrade to Quantum and get a new box? Is this true?
Pretty much. The old Motorola 7000 series or Cisco stbs are all refurbished now. They don't make new ones anymore.
