They cannot fix my high speed internet. Go back to cablevisions.

Paying for the 75/35 will not go past 20/20 they sent someone over to look at it he changed the ont also sent me 2 routers and charged me $99.00 for it. The plan started less expensive than cablevision. I'm leaving this company buyer beware !!! I should never left cablevision.

Sounds like you are running the speed tests wirelessly with a 54-g connection.
If indeed you are getting the stated speeds on a wired connection you should persevere with Verizon. They give you any explanation why and what the $99 charge was for? Sounds like they possibly charged you for a new Rev I hi-speed router.
