I don't believe it is. I'm going to guess it's no longer supported. You can find the landing page at this Verizon page, but all the URLs are dead (I.E. They lead to page not found [404] errors.) Too bad. I used it a quite a while ago, and it worked quite well. Perhaps, try going to this Verizon troubleshooting page and see if it gets you what you need.
