FIOS internet has been out all day. They won't send anybody out until Sunday. Entire weekend without internet is going to suck.
I am currently tethered to my iPhone with horrible latency.
Why did i switch from comcast again?

What troubleshooting have they done remotely or over the phone.
Reset router?
Is the fail light on at the ONT?
Have you tried a cold boot of the ont?
Disconnect the battery and unplug the power for a few minutes. I have had my phone lock up once since 2005 and that was the fix. Most of the time problems can be fixed without a truck roll. Unless there is bad hardware or a cut fiber cable.
