What equipment do I have to return?

I have recently cancelled my fios internet and tv service.  What equipment do I have to return?  They installed a lot of stuff in my basement...battery backup...etc.  Do I just have to return the modem or am I obligated to strip the whole panel and return everything?

I scheduled an equipment pick up last Friday afternoon and of course they blew me off.  A half days vacation time wasted.  I know I can take the stuff to any UPS location and ship it but, I want to inconveinience them as much as they have incovenienced me.  Plus, I have heard horror stories of verizon not receiving stuff that was shipped via UPS.

Has anybody ever returned fios tv and internet stuff to verizon?  Please let me know what you returned that satisfied your account with verizon.

Me again!  Just a note:  I realize that I have to return all the cable boxes and remotes.  I forgot to add that to my original post.

You need to return the router, STBs and remotes. The ONT, BBU and PSU can remain. Unplug the power to the PSU and open the BBU and disconnect the battery.
