Wifi Installation?

I might be doing something wrong here, maybe someone can help.

Installed the ActiveX using Firefox, click on restart button on fire fox

The Wifi activation window comes up and ask me to create a username and type in a password. The problem is it doesn't ask if I already have a username already and only wanting to install the software on this laptop. How do I bypass it?

In addition to having your Primary username name on verizon.net, you need to create a "wif-fi sub account" aswell.

For example: My username to access Verizon.net (so I can access email and etc) is Charlesh. Now for my Wi-Fi account I needed to make a subaccount, so I created charleshwifi! So now it will allow me to install the Verizon Wi-Fi application.
