I was given an Acer chrome book model #N15Q8. it is preset to Comcast infinity and I cannot figure out how to reset to access my Fios wifi account. Where would I find the reset button?
All wifi enabled devices use “nic cards” and since you state it’s working with Comcast then you just need to go to the wifi connect icon on the device and scan for your verizon wifi SSID you can then click on it and select connect. Now your SSID and wifi password should be on your verizon routers label. Simply look for the SSID and when you connect enter the password.
