didn't receive my refund of deposit

Hi,

I moved location and discontinued my FIOS connection. I have not received my refund back. please help

Do you mean your DEPOSIT back. What refund?

fios will release a deposit after 12 on time payments (you have had 12 on time payments) or if you cancel service with a zero balance to the last valid address they have on file for you. (You did tell Verizon your new address right)?

the company in the old days sent the deposit back within 8 to 10 weeks. Yeah I know they take your money immediately but take forever giving it back.

it could be looked at like junk mail, years ago it was a post card check. Not the best way of getting money through the mails. It can be stolen or destroyed etc. 

if you are under a contract or were under one and you quit before the end of the term no deposit will be returned. It is subtracted from your service charge, and then early termination fee.
