mcafee downloading issues

I am unable to download the mcafee virus for my Tech sure plus package because Verizon does not know how to change my internal email address. This is day 6 of trying to get someone to help me and even Mcafee says it's not their job to do that. I am VERY frustrated at what seems to be a simple fix that no one can fix.
