please unblock an e-mail sender I need

Question

Please unblock e-mail from zebraweb.org -- I need these messages to receive work assignments.

ZebraWeb technical support advises me that I am not receiving the messages because you have designated them as spam.  I  need these messages in order to get work, and I do not consider them to be spam.  Here is a message from their technical support:

Hello Paul,

Verizon has marked ZebraWeb as spam which places you on a supression list and prevents us from sending you emails.

I have removed you from that supression list but this can always occur again. If you want a permanent fix, you will have to contact verizon and have them fully whitelist these IP Addresses: 54.240.49.163 and 54.240.49.164

I am once again not receiving e-mail notifications of pending
assignments, changes, and upcoming games -- not even in my spam folder,
which I check daily.

This is my second report of a problem like this.

Please PERMANENTLY fix whatever you need to fix so that this problem
doesn't keep happening.

Who supplies your Verizon e-mail? Yahoo or AOL? Are you using a third party mail client? Last I checked, Verizon shifted responsibility of the verizon.net e-mails to one of those mail platforms.

If ZebraWeb can provide a bounceback message indicating their messages are blocked, that will help with resolving the problem.

Check the spam folder via the web mail, if you're using a third party client. If messages are in the spam folder, use the web mail to mark them as "not spam" until they are no longer being marked as spam. This may take a bit!

Typically, Yahoo/AOL block messages from senders if too many people have reported messages from them as spam via the Webmail, or if there is a misconfiguration (for example, no DMARC / SPF policy) with the sender's mail servers. Depending on the error code seen in the bounce back, it could be something else, such as sending mail too frequently.
