I have reviewed the other posts regarding this subject and did not find a solution for myself.
I am trying to open a port to 27015 for a SA2 Battle Network mod to the Steam 2012 PC version of Sonic Adventure 2, and I cannot get yougetsignal.com to report that 27015 is Open.
I have an applied rule for my desktop IP address with ':27015' following it. Applications & Ports Forwarded lists Destination Ports 27015, TCP Any -> 27015 and UDP Any -> 27015.
I also entered a Protocol under Post Triggering section of the router settings and it lists for Outgoing Trigger Ports and Incoming Ports to Open 'TCP 27015 -> 27015' and 'UDP 27015 -> 27015'
I know that my router has a outward-facing (public-facing) IP address, so I enabled DMZ IPv4 Host for my desktop IPv4 address, to no avail

Source port should be ANY, destination port is 27015, forward to internal IPv4:27015
Do not place any device in the DMZ unless it has a better FW than BHR4.
