i am very new to this fios thing; but does anyone else find this fios app totally useless??

Which FIOS app?

I have both Fios Mobile and My FIOS app.

I find them both useful.

FIOS Mobile allows you to watch live TV and if you have Quantum DVR, recorded content.

Both within and outside your house.

My FIOS allows you to check email and look at other account items.

Funny thing about people/customers is not everyone is happy all the time.

however this is a peer/peer HELP FORUM not a forum of public opinion.

the app is out there for you to use or not use. The choice of which is up to the individual.
