you have pushed me to the limit

Hello verizon,

i have tryed to be kind about all the outages in my area, it has been awhile now and still i am being charged for unusable sourses. when i was first hooked up it was great seeing i live on a 3 house road and the service is brand new to the area ! i don't understand the issue ? i also work in the fiber optic cell phone tower install industry and this would be unexceptable. i think paying for a wonderful network that is the best in the buiseness such as verizon, is not quite fair. please respond. sincerely,

Uh, FiOS and cell phones are unrelated. What is it exactly that you do?
