Signed up for Home internet 1 gig and redeemed offer on Jan 13. Been more than 48 hours and have not received any information on the $200 gift card.
Have not recommend any response regarding when to expect the gift card and no way to even track from the Offers page. Anyone else have any success? Seems to be a number of issues folks are having.
Still no word and very frustrating. Signed up for Fios 1 gig, installed on 1/13/24 and can see the promos in the app. Redeemed the Amazon $200 gift card but didn’t receive a promo code. Now the promo screen I claimed the offer but haven’t received any other notifications. HELP!
