I signed up for Fios 1gig with the gaming offer and also the promotion of the Apple HomePod. I have had the service since September, am set up on Autopay and check my home offers on a regular basis. I chose the HomePod at the time of signing up for my service. I also had confirmed with an agent during a follow up conversation, that in fact the HomePod was selected as my promotion… and the agent confirmed. There is nothing on my account, and nothing under my offers. This is frustrating.
