Can't Claim $100 Samsung Credit

Good Morning,

I have redeemed my Chromebook and Galaxy Bud offer. I received the 2 items but have not received the $100 Samsung credit. I tried adding more items before checking out, but it didn't seem to apply anything. How do I go about claiming this portion of the offer?
