I am very frustrated that when I try to claim my $200 Amazon GC (since I just signed up for FIOS), it pops up an error
"We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later or call 1.844.236.4769 for assistance"
When I call they tell me it is a known bug and they can give me $200 Verizon GC instead. OR I can try to wait for them to try and fix the bug. If they can't fix it before expiration and I don't accept the peace offering of $200 Verizon GC I dont get anything.
How is this legal or possible? Is anyone else having this issue or get a solid answer?
