I cannot redeem Samsung Chromebook offer. Every time I click on the redeem offer, it takes me to Samsung page and on checkout says 'We cannot offer you this as you selected a better deal. You can use the coupon for other purchase" It is then asking me to pay for chromebook.
I have wasted my time chatting with agents on chat and no one helps. You are not honoring your offer. Please escalate this issue.
