Cannot Claim $100 Samsung Credit

A few months back I signed up for Fios with the Samsung Chromebook and $100 Samsung credit. I cannot redeem the credit on the product of my choosing in my cart. The Chromebook comes up as free, but I don’t see how my credit is being applied to my cart. Please help me.
