Cannot redeem my $200 amazon gift card no option

Cannot redeem my $200 amazon gift card no option I tried following all the steps by going to my account and looking for choose my choice that option is not available. I have an email confirmation that says my offers are $200 amazon gift card, $50 Microsoft GC, Xbox Series X console... I was able to click on redeem console the 50 gc says to wait until Feb 11 to redeem but nothing about my amazon gift card please help
