I cant redeem the galaxy buds and chromebook offer like seemingly everybody else. Ive gone thru customer service multiple times with no resolution, only a “ticket” being opened 2 weeks ago. Im ready to go spread this on every social media platform any minute now. I switched to verizon both from optimum for home and tmobile for mobile, and verizons customer service has been worse than both of them by far.
