I recently had Internet installed and am eligible for an Amazon gift card.   When I click on the Home Offers tile, I receive a message to wait while the information is looked up.   Then nothing.   This has been going on for days.   Honestly,  I chose you all over one of your competitors because I was frustrated with the poor service from them.   I'm starting to rethink my decision.
