Samsung $100 Credit Home Offer

Seems like several people have had this problem. I received a home offer through Fios for a Samsung Chromebook and $100 credit. The Chromebook was not an issue but there is no way to redeem the $100. The home offer takes you to the website and gives you no code or anything to redeem the $100 credit. Please assist, I've tried to resolve this numerous times including over the phone with Verizon which yielded no results.
