Unable to redeem $100 Samsung credit

I received an offer from Verizon Fios for a free Samsung Galaxy Chromebook and a $100 Samsung credit for being a subscriber in good standing. I was able to redeem the Chromebook but I cannot figure out how to redeem the $100 credit. Is there a separate code? Please advise.
