Hello,
I am a new Fios customer and was given "Chromebook Go on us + $100 Samsung credit" promotion. I was able to redeem the Chromebook with no issue, but the $100 Samsung credit was not available either in the Verizon link OR in the Samsung Cart Checkout.
How will this e-certificate be given or applied for my order on Samsung.com?
