Xbox Promo

Hello,

I was guaranteed the Xbox deal when I signed up for FIOS today (12/29/23) and had a question about the fine print. It said the equiptment needs to be activated or installed before 1/3/23 but with the holiday weekend the only appoint I could get is on 1/4/23. Does this mean I won't receive the console?
