Has anyone had luck receiving their Xbox series X for the recent Verizon Fios promotion?
The whole process of signing up and receiving the promotional items has been terrible so far. I have spent hours on chats, phone calls and in these forums trying to get what was offered in the promotion. I signed up online the week of 12/20 and had service installed 12/26. I immediately redeemed the XBox and other offers after the installation was complete. Everything seems to finally be falling into place except the XBox. I haven't been given any specifics other than it can take weeks to ship. No one can tell me if it shipped or not. The tile in my offers is still there. The other offers are all in redeemed section of my offers except the Xbox. Is my XBox in transit? Did it get shipped and someone stole it off my porch? No one knows.
