I added the 5g home internet to my plan and recieved the emails saying I need to redeem my offers. when I click tiles to redeem I get a error message saying error unable to add promotion to account. called and spent forever talking to 3 different agents and they were no help. been with Verizon over 18 YEARS and I'm about at my limit.
