$400 coupon code for samsung appliance at Homedepot is not working

Hi ,

I have coupon code for  Samsung appliance to buy at home depot. it did not work online. went to store they did try data terminal or online did not work.

coupon expires to 10/15/2024 and for anything Samsung appliance to purchase amount   greater than $798.

I am buying Samsung refrigerator for $999, still did not work. 

try to chat online waited for 2 hours and tried to call, unable to get to customer rep.

is there any way to contact to resolve this.

I have the same issue. I have the code but it doesn’t work. Call Home Depot who says it is a Verizon issue. Talked to Verizon and they said they would send me a new code in 5 to 10 business days. That has not happened
