Hello,

I have had the 500mbps fios plan in my house for two weeks now. Cat6 cable connection from ONT box to the wan port on a new tp-link ax4400 router. Wan port set to 1000 full duplex. All 4 lan port connections are also 1000/1000. All cat6 cables in the setup are new. On 5g wifi connection to the router my two  laptops and my cellphone both ookla speed test at 500mbps  no problem. My two laptops both with gigabit network adapters connected to the router lan ports via cat6 cable ookla speed test at 100mbps. Smart TVs and xbox are the same. Wifi speed tests are consistently 4-5 times faster than cat6 ethernet cable connection speed tests that max at 100mbps. I took the xbox to a friends place that has an xfinity 1gig connection and ran the ethernet connection test built into the xbox. 980mbps connection to the internet vis cat6 cable connection to the router.  Same xbox ethernet connection test on my Fios setup 100mbps. How is this possible? I have tried setting all wan, lan and ethernet adapter ports to auto negotiate and 1000/1000 and it made no difference. Wifi connections to the internet are all consistently 400-500mbps yet ethernet cable connections cap at 100mbps. Anything else I can try?

Thanks in advance.
