I'm the owner of a unit in a 7 unit condo complex in NJ (07747). All surrounding single-family homes have fios available to them, but my complex is not wired for it. I spoke to my HOA board and they are open to having fiber ran and ONTs installed in each unit, but I've been struggling to find the right contact at Verizon to facilitate planning.
All the documentation I've found online talks about speaking with a dedicated Verizon representative but no one I've spoken to knows who that would be. How can I find a good contact at Verizon to reach out to?
