Subscribed to 1Go Verizon offer, and I should be eligible to claim the "Home Offers" that was stated at the time of purchase. (Amazon Fire HD 8 Tablet first; then MEta Quest and gift cards). Nothing worked so far, when trying to redeem this Amazon tablet: the link to redeem the Amazon tablet is not working. The only message I get is 'We're sorry. There was an error when adding this Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus tablet, on us promotion, to your Verizon account. Please try again later". I tried to change the browser, delete history and cookies etc. Can someone from Verizon help me?
