As with everyone else who signed up for a Verizon Fios bundle, I too didn't receive my $100 Amazon gift card that was part of my promo. I signed up for my bundle in December 2018 and started service on 27 December 2018.

Also as with everyone else, I followed all the steps to register at the appropriate times, and every time I received a reminder, I checked my status on the app, and it said my gift card would be delivered after 30 April 2019. 30 April 2019 came and went, and no e-mails or notifications on the app about the gift card. 

Eventually the part of the app where I could check on the gift card status disappeared, and again, no gift card.

Verizon promotion team, after trying to work this out through my Fios chat, I was told I had to call you guys. Before I did and got emotional about this when you would inevitably tell me that the promotion window had ended and that there was something I didn't do in the appropriate time in order to receive the gift card, I figured I would check the forums. It seems that EVERYONE who signs up for a Verizon Fios bundle never gets their Amazon gift card or any actual work done about it until they bring it up on the forums or through the phone. You really need to get your act together, right? Living on Fort Belvoir, VA, all the houses are already hooked up for Verizon Fios, and with the bundles, it's a pretty easy choice (unless you know that a promotion is offered that isn't actually delivered unless you make a big deal about it). You guys need to fix this broken part of your system, or just get rid of the Amazon gift card promo instead of promising it to people. Looking at the forums, this has been an issue going on for years - really should've figured this out by now.
