I have reps coming into my business asking us to switch over to Verizon Fios and we listen to their spiel. The "perks" of switching is the reimbursement for canceling contract with existing company and $100 gift card after remaining a customer for a couple of months. I called about the gift card after a month and they reassure me that ill received an email like 60-90 days. After 5 months I called again bc of no such email, only to be pass around like a hot potato to 5 different reps. The last representative attitude was akin to I'm sorry... I don't see anything on file..yeah nope. The whole brush off attitude. They promise you everything to sign you onboard and then don't deliver?! I know there's such a promotion because I read everything carefully before switching and screen shot the said promotion. Their sale guys lied? Now they magically don't see it.? -_-
