CR1000A Port issue and upload speed

Have CR1000A router. Last 2 months upload speed went down to 150 tops...3 separate sessions with tech support no fix. Tech came on site, factory hard reset etc. No fix. Mumbled there is a post firmware issue with CR1000A 10gb port (not the Red Wan port). He called his tech support. They asked him to move Ethernet connection (CAT6 cable) to another port (2.5gb) on CR1000A. It's working, speed better but still not 800-900 I had with 1gig plan.

Anyone heard of the 10gb port issue? How to fix it? Thanks

Now 24 hrs. post move to 2.5gb port. Back to upload 140-160 max on different speed test apps. Sometimes 300-320. Flipped back to the 10gb port (4th port just above the coaxial cable point). Same issue! Can't make head or tail of this! Can't keep changing the router (already swapped 2 units), factory resetting the router... This is urgent. Did anyone else run into this issue? Thanks.
