CR1000B only showing 24hrs of logs in the system logs

Hi I am trying to look thru my system logs and having an issue that what ever I set the date range to be the system will only show me the last 24 hours of logs.  Is there a setting I am missing that restricts logging, or more ideally is there a way to retrieve the logs from the past week still.

The best practice is to log to an external syslog server by enable System Logging.

To view the logs beyond the 24 hour, use the Advanced then filter by date.

I did find that the Enable System Logging Toggle under Remote Administration was turned off.  Could this be the issue?

This did not seem to have made a difference, still only able to see 24hrs despite changing the time window in the option tab.
