CR1000B random reboot - 5 month ongoing issue

Need help as i am incredible frustrated with this. SO, my internet goes out atleast 5-6 times each day.

I had 4 visits from verizon. They changed y Router , ONT and battery. I had a long ethernet running from ONT in garage to where the router was. Verizon basically changed that and the ONT and router are next to each other now. But the issue continue. I found out below error today when this happened couple of times.

Do you have a STB?

It is interesting why the field tech would change routers and ONTs without diagnosing the actual issue.
