Can’s see missed calls if logged on from PC

Cant’s see missed calls if logged on from PC
Problem started Nov 13, fine before that.
Same problem with Firefox and Edge.
If I log on from my Windows PC, click Home, Phone, Manage your voicemails and missed calls, nothing happens. If I log on from the Verizon iPhone app, click Home, Phone, I can see the missed calls and delete them.
I normally log on from my PC, and have previously always been able to see the missed calls and block and delete them. Now nothing happens when I click the link.
I have had Verizon Fios for 18 years without problems. Problems started when logon changed to the combined website. Perhaps there should be a different logon screen for Home (Fios) and Mobile instead of having to choose it after logon.
