Can't Verify Email Address - System Problem

I received an email requesting that I verify my contact information was still correct. I noticed that my email was never verified and attempted to do so. I received an additional email with a button labeled Verify now. Clicking that causes a system error with the attached screen. 

As the page requests, I am contacting my supervisor. 🙂
