Can't find my account on My Verizon

When I log onto My Verizon app, it only shows my mobile bill and not my fios bill.  Since the fios app is being discontinued, this has been a constant problem.  How do I access this to make a payment?

Maybe link the two with your My Verizon login? I think there was another thread about doing this. I don't have Verizon FIOS so I don't know the details.  'One Verizon ID' is the key. Searching 'One Verizon ID' on my phone in the My Verizon app finds:

Two accounts. One login. Get one Verizon ID to sign in to your Mobile and Home accounts. Combine your accounts today.

It's quick and easy.

.  Sign in to the My Verizon app

. Go to the Account page and click on Edit profile & settings.

. Scroll down to Security and click on one Verizon ID.

. Enter your Fios credentials on this page

. Close and reload your page

You now have one Verizon ID and can view your Home and Mobile account information in the My Verizon app

On my moto z4, opening the app and selecting Account, I sign in and get this screen with a link to Edit profile and settings.

Yeah, I dont see that.  Something got messed up after I switchd to a new wireless plan or else the pending router has to be installed to make it official and i guess my old account is gone..but i am still using my old home internet and tv for a few days

Ome account in status hold. There is no edit profile link or choice anywhere. Not there after I log in and  not in menus.  Need the app updated w both accounts.. No one seems to have answer. Will chk w tech support tomorrow.  Someone said to uninstall app and reinstall but I can only remove or disable.  Tried the clearing cache and force close.  Didnt help.

Update.. an uninstall reinstall did not help. Same problem...one account showing and I have 2.

Having same issue.  Got new wireless plan and now i only see that in the my verizon app.  Where is my home account?

I'm having the opposite problem I only see FiOS and I can't see my mobile phone information, which has taken me 15 hours on the phone and it's still not right
