Cannot Access a Patient Portal

Everytime I try to access this site:  https://phr.charmtracker.com/  (It's a patient portal for a health provider) the pages do not load properly such that the functionality is compromised and as well, the graphics are distorted.  It appears the site is being blocked somehow.  I tried three different browsers, enabled pop-ups, etc.   A friend of mine tried it on their home computer and they were able to access it fine.  The software support folks (who provide the Charm Health software) tell me they have another client with the same issue and it turned out to be their Internet provider blocking the site.

I'd appreciate any insight from Verizion Technical Support and/or professionals who have knowledge of such things and can diagnose properly.   Thus far I have had absolutely no success with Verizon Technical Support.

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried the Brave browser by any chance?  I have better luck logging into these forums using Brave rather than Google Chrome, even though Brave uses the Chromium engine.

(Please be nice. Verizon Community Leaders are not Verizon employees.)

Graphics distorted means the CSS is not loading right. First is to clear cache, second is to change browser, third is to try on a different device, fourth is to try on a different Internet connection.
