Cannot check Fios availability

I can't check if Fios is available in my area or order it online using this page because when I click the button, a new window comes up (see attached) except the page is overlaid with an error saying my session expired due to inactivity. The spinner prevents me from being able to dismiss the error or do anything else for that matter.

I did call them and Fios is available at my address. But I would like to be able to research plans and options online at my own pace and order exact services I need, also online, instead of having phone reps do it for me. So the question is why is it that I can do this with pretty much any other service including Verizon's own mobile, but not with Fios. And it is not like that they don't support it, they do, but it's been broken like this for months.
