Hello, I recently had Fios installed when moving back into my home after a renovation. The tech provided an extender to add when the work upstairs was done. When I try to pair the extender with the gateway (both blinking blue), the extender reverts to a solid yellow. I've tried using an ethernet cable directly into the wall with the same result, as well as trying to pair via Wifi and cable while right next to the gateway. Any suggestions? I've seen similar threads without an answer in the knowledgebase. Thank you.
