Cannot retrieve order status

I placed an order for FIOS internet on 6/15/25 and received my confirmation email. I then received an email on 6/16/25 indicating a lease was needed to complete my order. I have emailed over the documents, with no acknowledgment. I have called customer service and they seem clueless. I cannot track my order or see it anywhere. I also have not heard anything else from Verizon. My install date is 7/1/25.
