I have a new #CR1000B Verizon router. Its internal ip address is 192.168.1.1, and subnet is 255.255.255.1 I want to change it to 10.1.1.1 , 255.255.1.1. because I already have statically addressed devices on that sub-net. How do I accomplish this?

I figured it out. It is easy to get to the page where you change the number. The problem is DHCP which created a limit of address that prevented the ip address from registering. Because we want to use a 255.255.0.0 mask, I had to limit DHCP to 256 address in its range.

Please describe where in the setting pages I can change the router's LAN IPv4 address. You said it's easy to find, but it has eluded me so far!!
Thanks!

Network Settings > Network Connections
click the Edit link to the right of the first entry
