Has anyone else been experiencing 30-50 outages a day with Fios recently? I get about 4 or 5 minutes of solid connection, then a 15 second outage, then an unsteady connection for 5 minutes, then back to steady, then gone again. Over and over again, all day, every day. It has ruined my ability to work, to communicate, or do anything. Verizon phone support hangs up on me every time I call them, not even letting me say "hello" when I get to a live agent. I am at my wit's end with this issue, and I know for a fact that the issue lies with the Optic Network Terminal, as it is now 13 years old and failing. The last time a technician DID come out, they refused to replace it, in spite of the fact that they confirmed it was no longer functioning reliably. Is there any hotline/resource I can use to get a technician to come replace my ONT?
