So I have been a customer for over ten years. Verizon used to provide a better product, this is simply not the case anymore.  The three major companies are all relatively equivalent now.  That being said every single time you need help from verizon customer service you will end the interaction frustrated and angry.  Incompetence does not explain the half of it. 

I upgraded my internet service to aster speeds, I got an email saying I can pickup my items from 1 of three stores. I go to the first store, it was not in stock and they cannot provide me with which store has the items or even phone numbers for the stores.  I was told to call corporate or drive around sewrching.  I called corporate and they also have no way  to check inventory and again I was told to drive around.  I drove around d for 3 hours to 4 different stores.  Some stores didn't have in stock, some had defective items, and at the end of the day I have half of the items.   Don't waste your time, i can't think of a single reason why anyone stays with this company anymore.  As soon as my cell phones are remotely close to being paid off, I will be cutting all ties with Verizon.  You should too!  Look at every single review about verizon it's all the same complaints.
