Hi, we've had Verizon Fios home internet for about nine months. It worked great for the first five months, then we started having our internet drop daily and multiple times a day (All devices, at the router, not a wifi range problem). It will always recover after we do a reset of unplug of the router, but we don't want to have to do this so often. As you may know, troubleshooting with Verizon on with their phone or chat reps can take hours. They eventually had us try a new router, which worked for a couple of months, then the daily drop-outs started again. This time we had a tech visit the house, who was great. He ultimately changed out the router. This worked for one day, then the drop-outs resumed. Has anyone else gone through this, and were you able to get it resolved?
