Data speeds

Data speeds in the last 24 hours has dropped to 85%. Verizon decides they need to sell me a router rather than fix the issue. Anyone else have this experience? Has the FTC gotten involved?

Sounds like an outage. Just decline the router and push for them to open a trouble ticket. When I used Verizon services, support was always quick to blame the modem or the router. Takes some convincing to get them to move past that.

The government doesn't need to get involved unless Verizon can't make it right. Give the support a chance. Worst case, message Verizon on Twitter/X or Facebook if you use one of those services,, rather than call in.
